Skylit Travels – Booking Terms
Welcome to Skylit Travels Maldives!
We’ve simplified our Terms & Conditions so you know what to expect when booking with us.
1. Booking & Payments
- A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your trip.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, UnionPay, and bank transfers.
- All transfer or card fees are paid by the traveler.
- Bookings are only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- More than 7 days before travel – follow supplier rules (some may charge).
- 3–7 days before travel – 75% of booking value charged.
- Less than 3 days or no-show – 100% charged, non-refundable.
- Refunds (if allowed by the supplier) may take up to 60–90 days and include a processing fee.
Tip: Consider travel insurance for extra protection.
3. Changes to Your Booking
- Most services don’t allow changes to names, dates, or itineraries.
- If changes are possible, additional fees and supplier penalties may apply.
4. Travel Documents
- Please make sure you have a valid passport, visa, and travel documents before traveling.
- Skylit Travels is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documents.
5. Pricing & Extras
- All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Taxes are included, but extras like resort fees, meals not included in packages, or personal expenses must be paid directly at your destination.
6. Your Safety & Privacy
- All online payments are secured with SSL encryption.
- Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy.
7. Communication
By booking with us, you agree to receive service updates and special offers via email, phone, or messaging apps.
8. In Special Situations
We may consider exceptions (such as medical emergencies or natural disasters) if supported by documents. Final approval depends on supplier policies.
